At Shiro Studio, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original Shiro Studio packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
